Enough can be an adjective and an adverb. As an adjective, it modifies a noun. As an adverb, it modifies an adjective or another adverb.
When enough is used as an adjective, it goes before the noun it modifies. When enough is used as an adverb, it goes after the adjective or adverb it modifies.
